“Evolution of Sushi” Sunday, August 19th, 2012 at 5:00pm. Steve Meehan (Executive Chef of Grill 55) and Jared Wood (of Sushi by Jared) have created the event of the Summer, if you have never experienced the food at this establishment, you will be astonished by the pairing and texture combinations that are unique to Windsor. In addition, Jared has defined sushi in Windsor. He has rolled and inspired at five other fine restaurants in the city, in the last eight plus years.

Grill 55 and Sushi by Jared have collaborated to bring you a unique 7 course dining experience. The event starts at 5:00pm and Dinner service will begin at 6:30pm, after which the dining area will be transformed into a dance floor!
Sapporo will be one of the sponsors for this event and Benny Simpson of Groovy Smoothies will be blending up some unique Sapporo infused Smoothies.
There will be LIVE art being created before your eyes by the artist collaborative FUSE consisting of Tracy Paterson, Peter Baillie and special guest. All paintings will be for sale at the end of this event!
Two of Windsors best! Dj Abdul and Dj Jerzy will be in the mix for your listening pleasure. With two unique sounds, these two Dj’s will for sure be able to get you up and on to the dance floor all night long.
NXT Level entertainment will be supplying the sound and Lucas Labute from Investors Group will be sponsoring this event
