CULTURE FACTORY is a summer-long multidisciplinary arts festival that brings together musicians and artists of all kinds, to perform and exhibit throughout the downtowns of Chatham-Kent. The festival will kick off with LIGHTS performing on July 12th. Other events will take place during the course of the summer. Some of the festival headliners include: Joel Plaskett Emergency, Tanya Davis, Matt Andersen, Arkells, and more!
