The vacant Rona store in East Windsor is set to have a new tenant.
Lowe’s Home Improvement has submitted a site plan to Windsor city hall that will see them open a 116,350 square foot store.
Plans include building a warehouse addition on the rear and a new greenhouse.
The site has sat vacant since Rona closed in 2013, and had been used only to host the occasional home show.
The exact opening date has not been set.
