The completion of the roundabout on Sandwich Street in West Windsor has been delayed again.
Originally scheduled to open September 1st, the completion date was pushed back to September 29th, and then to November 1st.
It is now scheduled to open December 1st.
Work was delayed when historical artifacts were found during construction.
