Leamington, Kingsville and Lakeshore fire crews battled a fire in downtown Leamington Friday morning.
It broke out around 7am on Erie Street North and took until early afternoon to bring under control.
Minor smoke inhalation to one person was reported and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The cause is listed as undetermined.
Damage is estimated at $450,000.
