A new housing development is coming to South Windsor.
Located on Sandison Street, it will feature 47 units consisting of double duplex, multiple dwelling and townhome dwellings located in eight two storey townhome-style buildings.
One-car garages will service some units while parking for 19 other units will be provided. There will also be 13 visitor parking spaces.
