The next step in developing high-speed rail in the Toronto, Kitchener-Waterloo, London and Windsor corridor has been announced.

As part of their budget the Province announced it will now advance the comprehensive environmental assessment and support additional design and planning work for the corridor.

High-speed rail could cut travel times between Toronto and Windsor from four hours to just over two.
