On Thursday November 3rd, 2016, Windsor Police began an investigation into a break and enter at a residence in the 1400 block of St. Luke Road.

Officers from the Forensic Identification Unit located DNA evidence within the residence and sent it to the Centre of Forensic Sciences for examination.  Officers received a notification that a DNA hit was made and belonged to a suspect who resides in Windsor.

Around 8:20pm on Saturday December 17th, 2016 police located the male in the 1500 block of St. Luke and placed him under arrest without incident.

Gerald Rockwood, a 46 year old male from Windsor is charged with break and enter.
