Both parties in the five-week strike at Windsor-Essex Catholic schools will be meeting soon with the Ministry of Education.

At the urging of Unifor, the Ministry of Education met Monday with union officials to discuss the ongoing strike.

As a result, the Ministry of Education summoned the Windsor Essex Catholic District School Board to Toronto to meet with the Union in an attempt to resolve the strike.

Meetings are scheduled for Wednesday November 16th and Thursday November 17th.
