The City of Windsor reports that they have made strong gains in removing flood damaged materials from curbs in the east end of the City this week and now expects to have all special flood materials picked up by Thursday evening.

Any Residents who may still need service with flood materials after today will be asked to call 311 and set up an individual pick-up.  The Call Centre will accept requests for service related to the September 29th, 2016 storm, until 7pm on October 18th, 2016.

To date, the 311 Call Centre has received 2,532 reports of flooded basements related to the extreme September rainfall.
