A Windsor man is facing changes after police alleged he entered Hydro One on Charing Cross Road and removed 3 Stihl chain saws and a rigging kit back on  August 31st, 2016 at 4:45am.

Police say that man was caught walking away with these items on security cameras. Through investigation, the man was identified.

On Thursday, former Hydro One employee, Robert Sandwith, 34 years, of Grandview Avenue in Windsor was arrested and charged with break and enter.  He was released pending a future court date of October 11th, 2016.

Sandwith was changed in Windsor for the same type of theft.
