A Leamington man has been charged after police alleged he wad drunk and took out a hydro pole.

OPP say it happened on September 14th, 2016 at approximately 10:15pm at the intersection of Oak Street East and Ontario Street in Leamington.

They say that a black Hyundai had heavy front end damage after it struck a hydro pole. They also say that the driver exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested at the scene.

Min Min Tun, age 23 was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceed 80 milligrams blood alcohol content.
