One person is charged after police made a drug bust.

Police say that on Friday, July 28th, 2016, the Windsor Police Drugs and Gun Unit (DIGS) were active in a drug trafficking investigation in the city of Windsor.

The investigation centred around a male trafficking drugs from an apartment located in the 800 block of Pillette Road.

Officers obtained a search warrant and executed the warrant at approximately 1:30am, with the assistance of the Emergency Service Unit.

Police placed a 56-year-old male associated to the residence under arrest without incident. Officers located and seized a quantity of drugs and a sawed off shotgun.

Evidence sized included 3.1 grams of Crystal Methamphetamine, 1.1 grams of Cocaine, four Cannabis Marihuana plants, loaded sawed off shotgun, air rifle pellet gun, a digital scale and a cell phone,

Brian Breault, a 56-year-old male from Windsor is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, produce cannabis marihuana, possession of a prohibited weapon without a licence, possession a loaded prohibited firearm, improper storage of firearm, breach of probation, and seven counts of breach of firearm prohibitions.
