A ribbon cutting for the Town of Essex newest park will take place on Thursday, August 4th.
The new McGregor is located right next to the McGregor Post Office.
Construction on McGregor Parkette began last November and was completed this summer. A winding walkway leads to benches and a gazebo surrounded by landscaped rock gardens and shrubs. It is a passive park, designed to provide a civic space for residents to meet and relax.
It takes place at 10am.
