A two vehicle head-on collision involving an ambulance on Highway 40 near Green Valley Line is under investigation.
OPP say that around 10:30am on August 19th, 2016 a northbound Ford Minivan collided with a southbound Chatham-Kent EMS Ambulance.
The driver, and lone occupant, of the minivan was transported to hospital with life threatening injuries.
Both people in the ambulance were transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
There were no patients on board the ambulance at the time of the collision.
OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators are currently on scene investigating the collision.
