Lack of headlights lead to a drunk driver being busted by police.

OPP say that around 10:45pm on July 20th an officer came across a vehicle on County Road 27 with only its daytime running lights on.

The vehicle was stopped and police alleged that the driver exhibited signs of impairment. A roadside screening device test was administered which resulted in a fail.

The driver was arrested.

Jeremy Dixon, age 25 of Lakeshore has been charged with exceed 80 milligrams blood alcohol content.

He will appear in a Windsor courtroom on August 9th, 2016 to answer to the charge.
