Amherstburg Police are asking the for help from the public in locating a GMC pick-up involved in a hit and run that injured a runner in the town Saturday night.
Police say a youth was running eastbound on the shoulder of County Road 18 around 8:30pm when they were hit.
The youth suffered minor injuries to their back and left elbow.
The mirror fell off of the truck and it continued on.
It is described as a white or silver GMC Sierra, 4-door, full size pick-up, with heavily tinted windows.
Anyone with information is asked to call Amherstburg Police.
