Police have arrested two people who allegedly broke into parking garages in East Windsor.

The Windsor Police Target Base Unit continued to investigate the incident and were able to identify the alleged suspects. Police say investigators were also able to link the suspects to multiple thefts throughout the month in the city. In one incident the suspect was allegedly observed following several tenants into a building. Once inside he was observed on surveillance prying open mailboxes and looking through mail. Officers also found that the 42 year old suspect made numerous attempts to use a stolen credit card to make a purchases.

On Wednesday June 8th at approximately 2:45pm, officers located the suspects riding bikes in the area of Wyandotte Street and McDougall Avenue. They were both stopped and arrested without incident. They were both found to be in possession of stolen property from the thefts at the parking garages and the bikes they were riding were also found to have been stolen.

Robert Reaume, 42, and Joseph Reid, 31, are facing charges.
