Police have arrested three alleged drunk drivers.

Officers were called to attend the area near Kopagaron Woods on Essex County Road 34 between Leamington and Wheatley on June 22nd.

Officers arrived and found a male in his vehicle who they allege exhibited signs of impairment. He was arrested at the scene.

Gerhard Epp, age 58 of Leamington, was charged with having care or control of a vehicle while impaired and exceeding 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content.

Then on June 23rd at 1:15am, an officer observed a vehicle with its licence plate obstructed on Donald Avenue in Leamington.

Officers spoke to the male driver of the vehicle who they allege exhibited signs of impairment. He was arrested at the scene.

Sak Somkhong, age 43 of Leamington was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content.

And on June 23rd at approximately 2:45am, officers in Tecumseh received a report of an erratic driver in the area of Lesperance Road and Essex County Road 22.

Officers located the vehicle in question on Appletree Crescent in Tecumseh and spoke to the female driver of the vehicle who they allege exhibited signs of impairment. She was arrested at the scene.

Alyssa Carr, age 25 of Tecumseh, was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceeding 80 milligrams of blood alcohol content.
