Windsor Firefighters battled a stubborn blaze at a boarded up house on Church Street, late Saturday night.

Crews were called to 579 Church Street just before midnight to find the house engulfed in flames.

The blaze was heavy on the second floor and it took firefighters an hour to knock it down.

The house was vacant following a fire almost a year to the date in 2015.

Damage is set at $80,000. Investigators say they suspect it was intentionally set.
