Monday April 4th at approximately 6:45pm, members of the Windsor Police Drug and Gun Unit were involved in an investigation of a male who may be in possession of a firearm and having an outstanding warrant for breach of probation.

The suspect male was located in the area of Wyandotte Street East and Parent Avenue. With the assistance of patrol officers, the male was stopped and placed under arrest without incident.

Officers searched the male and located a black replica air soft handgun. The suspect was also currently under a number of firearm prohibitions.

Owen Cazes, a 25 year old male from Windsor is charged with 4 counts of possessing a prohibited device (replica handgun) while prohibited.
