Windsor firefighters have put out a fire in the 2300 block of Alexis Road.

Fire crews were called to the home around 5pm to find smoke and fire in the basement.

Investigators say the fire was accidental caused by the owner working on motorcycle.

Damage is set at $50,000.

One person has been displaced. There were no injuries.
