Essex Powerlines Corporation Donates To Powerline Technician Program At St. Clair College

Essex Powerlines Corporation has donated used Radial Boom Derrick truck to the Powerline Technician program at St. Clair College.

“Essex Power is committed to being a good corporate citizen and we are proud to see this donation bring great opportunities for the students in the Powerline Technician program at St. Clair College,” said Joe Barile, General Manager of Essex Powerlines Corporation. “This donation will ensure that all students in the program will receive hands-on experience to prepare them for their future as a Powerline Technician.”

This donation will give the students hands on practice will be an excellent opportunity for students to learn and prepare them for their future as a Powerline Technician. “The program has become stronger with previous utility donations and with the growing support, we have been able to give back to the utilities a growing number of quality graduates,” said Joe Schnekenburger, Professor of the Powerline Technician Program at St. Clair College.
