Windsor Firefighters battled a fire in the 3300 block of Peter Street, early Sunday morning.
Crews were called to the three-unit building around 12:15am.
They found heavy smoke and fire in the basement on arrival.
It took about 30 minutes to bring it under control.
There were no injuries.
The cause is still undetermined. The fire left the building with $100,000 in damage.
