Police have charged a 24-year-old man after multiple vehicle crash back on January 23rd.

Police say that a male driving a black Ford F-150 was travelling westbound on County Road 42. He was allegedly driving at high rate of speed forcing motorist off the roadway onto the gravel shoulder.

The vehicle veered into the eastbound lane and collided with another vehicle.

The driver of the black Ford F-150 was transported to hospital along with all other people injured in the collision. Through investigation, officers found that his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol and he was placed under arrest.

One of the people involved sustained serious but not life threatening injuries.

Kyle St. Denis from Harrow is charged with dangerous driving, impaired driving causing bodily harm and having over 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood Causing bodily harm.
