A fire on Elm Street in West Windsor is under investigation.
Fire crews were called to the home at 512 Elm around 7am and found heavy smoke and fire when they arrived.
It took about 40 minutes to being it under control.
Officials say the home is abandoned and there was a previous fire at the same address in October 2015.
Investigators say the fire began on the exterior of the house.
Damage is set at $75,000.
