Windsor Police have arrested a man after conducting an investigation into three alleged break and enters.

Through the investigation police were able to identify the male by comparing him with surveillance video and other forensic evidence.

On Wednesday November 11th the suspect was located by officers from the Target Base Unit and members of the Emergency Service Unit. He was placed under arrest and was allegedly found to be in possession of break and enter tools and a small quantity of drugs.

Richard Strangway, a 23 year old male is charged with 3 counts of break and enter, possession of break and enter tools, and possession of marijuana.

The investigation is continuing and more charges are expected.
