LaSalle Craft Beer Festival This Weekend

The 2nd Annual LaSalle Craft Beer Festival takes place this weekend at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex.

Many Essex County craft breweries will be on hand including Walkerville Brewery, Craftheads Brewing Company, Midian Brewing and Brew Windsor. Additional breweries from across Ontario are Bayside Brewing Company, Beau’s All Natural, Bell City Brewing Co., Highlander Brewing Company, Steam Whistle, Lake of Bays Brewing Company, Nickel Brook Brewing Co. and Mill Street Brewery.

Hot drinks will be provided by Guarda Luna Espresso.

In addition, the Town of LaSalle has partnered with the LaSalle Business Association to host the Canadian National BBQ Team, who will be onsite preparing their international award-winning chicken and ribs.

Live entertainment will take place throughout the festival including The Oh Chays, Thrash the Rye Band and The Ron Leary Trio on Friday night, followed by Matt Lalonde, Al Fazio, Tara Watts, Paying Cash and Kelly “Mr. Chill” Hoppe & Gregg Cox on Saturday.

The festival tuns from 6pm to 12am on Friday, October 9th and 2pm to 12am on and Saturday, October 10th.

Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the gate, and include admission and a keepsake sampler mug. Tickets can be purchased at the Vollmer Centre or online through the event website: www.lasallecraftbeerfest.ca. You must be at least 19 years old.
