A Windsor man has been charged after police found him slumped over his steering wheel.

Tecumseh OPP say that they received a call on just after 1am on September 18th, regarding a broken down vehicle in the middle of Baseline Road.

Officers approached the smoking vehicle and that is where they found the male driver of the vehicle slumped over the steering wheel. After numerous efforts to awaken the driver, officers noticed that the male exhibited signs of impairment. He was arrested at the scene. The vehicle had overheated.

Adrian Baksa, age 21 of Windsor, was charged with care or control while impaired and care or control exceeding 80 milligrams blood alcohol content.

He will appear in a Windsor court on September 29th, 2015 to answer to the charges.
