A Windsor man is charged after four break and enters.

Police say that on Wednesday August 12th, 2015 they were called to a residence in the 200 block of Frank Avenue.  The house has been broken into while the owners weren’t home and a lap top computer was reported stolen.

On Friday August 14th, 2015 they were called to a residence in the 1100 block of Ford Boulevard.   That house was also broken into while the owner wasn’t home and a lap top computer and jewelry were reported stolen.

On Saturday August 15th, they attended a residence in the 200 block of Jos Janisse for a break and enter that just occurred. The complainant told police that she heard some rustling around the house. She went to check and observed a male climbing out the window. She screamed and the male jumped out. Officers searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect. Nothing was reported stolen in this break and enter.

Again on Saturday August 15th, they were called to a residence in the 4900 block of South National for a break and enter report. Police say this house was broken into while the complainant was away on a week-long vacation. The complainant reported that several pieces of jewelry were stolen.

Members of the Windsor Police Target Base Unit continued the investigation and the alleged suspect was subsequently identified and arrested.

Nicholas Dishman a 27-year-old male from Windsor is charged with four counts of break and enter.
