Essex County OPP have charged two area men with drinking and driving as a result of separate incidents that occurred on Sunday August 30th.

Police say the first was around 2:45am when they stopped a vehicle on Wellington Street in Essex and arrested 35 year old Jeremey Sinasac and charged him impaired driving and exceed 80 milligrams of alcohol. He was released and is appearing in court in Windsor on September 10th.

Then just beofre 2am, police received a call about a vehicle being driven erratically on Highway 77 north of Leamington. The vehicle was stopped and the driver, 44 year old Jacob Reimer of Leamington was arrested and charged with impaired driving and exceed 80 milligrams of alcohol. He was released and is appearing in court in Leamington on September 17th in Leamington.
