Construction is set to get underway pending City Council approval Monday on the reconstruction of Devonshire Road from Riverside Drive to Wyandotte Street East.
Work will include the removal of the railway tracks, a new road surface, bike lanes, catch basin repairs, and streetscape elements to match the Walkerville BIA.
The total cost is set at $290,289.
The city hopes to start the work by August 4th and have it completed by Labour Day weekend.
