Windsor Police are hoping the public can help identify a man seen punching another man that was captured on a surveillance video.

On Wednesday May 27th, 2015 at approximately 12:25pm Windsor Police were dispatched to the Downtown Mission located in the 600 block of Victoria Avenue for an assault.

Officers attended and observed a 51 year old male victim being treated by paramedics and spoke to witnesses who observed the assault.

Police say a male suspect and a female suspect approached the victim and others in the picnic area on the south side of the building.
