A Windsor man faces several charges after being pulled over Tuesday morning.

OPP say that the vehicle was stopped on Highway 401 westbound near Charing Cross Road, originally for a speeding violation and for weaving in and out of the lane of traffic.

Police say their investigation then found that the driver took the vehicle without the owner’s consent and that the driver’s licence was suspended.  Further investigation also revealed that the driver was failing to comply with a probation order.

As a result, 23-year-old Ryan Langlois from Windsor, has been charged with fail to comply with probation order, speeding, fail to drive in marked lane, drive motor vehicle no licence, and drive while under suspension.

He is scheduled to appear in a Chatham court on May 27th, 2015.
