The future of several Essex County schools could be known by the fall.

Since the start of this year the Program and Accommodation Review Committee for the Public School Board has been holding public meetings and looking at options for the future of General Amherst High School, Kingsville District High School, Western Secondary School, Harrow District High School and Harrow Public School.

The final meting was held this week and now the committee will present its final report with recommendations to Board Trustees and the Board’s Administration on June 2nd.

After the meeting, board administration will look at the options and make a final recommendation in the fall.
