Police are warning the public about a man wanted for robbery who may be armed and dangerous.

On Tuesday police responded to a corner store at Wyandotte and Jos. Janisse after a robbery had just occurred.

Officers arrived and spoke the 45 year old male victim who was working in the store.

The suspect, later identified as James Bondy, 28, allegedly entered the store and approached the victim behind the counter.

Police say Bondy allegedly told the victim not to move while holding a knife in his left hand. Bondy then allegedly removed a quantity of money from the till and exited the store.

A warrant for the arrest of Bondy has just been issued and anyone with information is asked to call police.

Police also warn the public that Bondy is considered armed and dangerous. If he is seen do not approach and call 911.
