South Windsor has a new yoga studio.

Glow Yoga and Wellness has been open for one month at 3010 Dougall Ave, in the Capri Pizzeria Plaza.

“The idea to open a studio in South Windsor was suggested to me by a good friend of mine who used to live in the area who was always hoping for a place to practice yoga close to home,” says owner Nicole Kimball. “There are a variety of studios throughout Windsor, but none around here so I thought ‘what better spot?’ and the search began!”

Kimball says Glow Yoga and Wellness is a space for those who are new to yoga to feel welcomed and comfortable as they begin their practice, and for experienced yogis to continue their practice.
