Two people have been charged after a police investigation.

Police say that on Wednesday April 8, 2015 the Windsor Police Drugs and Guns Unit acted on an investigation which involved a male and a female allegedly dealing methamphetamine from a residence in the city.

At approximately 1:30pm, both parties were seen leaving the residence on separate E-bikes. They were stopped a short time later and placed under arrest.

A 32-year-old female was found to be in possession of 7.3 grams of crystal methamphetamine and $1,740 in cash.

Officers applied for and were granted a warrant to search a residence in the 1700 block of Highland Avenue. The residence was searched but no further drugs were located.

Katherine Lussier, from Windsor is charged with possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking.

Rodney Brown, 47-year-old from Windsor is charged with breach of recognizance.
