Police busted a small marijuana grow-op, on April 20th, or 4/20, and have arrested a 16-year-old.

During the past week, police allege that an extremely large number of high school students and other young persons were frequenting a specific address in Blenheim to purchase and use illegal drugs.

In the afternoon of April 20th, members of the Chatham-Kent Police Intelligence Section executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act warrant.

A search of the residence resulted in the seizure of just under $4000 worth of marijuana, cash and digital scales.

A 16-year-old Blenheim youth was arrested and charged with trafficking and drug possession. He was released to a parent pending a future court date.
