The Ontario Provincial Police have released the names of two people killed in a single vehicle crash on Highway 3, Wednesday afternoon.

The two deceased victims, both males, are identified as Wayne Babcock, 44, of Windsor and Leslie Kiss, 57, of Lakeshore.

Both were passengers in the third row of the Honda Odyssey van that was travelling westbound on Highway 3 just west of Morse Road, when it lost control and flipped.

Four other occupants of the van, one male and two females, all from Windsor, sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries in the crash. They were transported to a local hospital for treatment. One other occupant, a male also from Windsor, walked away from the crash without injuries.

The OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators spent several hours investigating the cause of the crash while the road remained closed.

The investigation as well as the possibility of charges is ongoing, according to police.
