Three teenagers were arrested at McDonald’s for marijuana possession after their car hit the building.

OPP were called to the McDonald’s on Talbot Street West in Leamington around 2am on Saturday.

Police were told that a white Chevrolet had bumped into the building while in the drive thru lane and the occupants in the vehicle appeared to be impaired.

Officers spoke with the three teens and also located a small quantity of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Three males — two aged 17, and one aged 16 — were all arrested at the scene and charged with possession of a Schedule II substance.

There was no damage to the building and no one was injured.

They will appear in a Leamington courtroom at a later date.
