OPP have charged a Leamington man after he was unable to pay for food he ordered.

Police say that they were called to an eating establishment in the downtown core of Leamington on March 30th around 2pm.

When they arrived they found a male shouting and causing a disturbance inside the business.  Police were told that the male had ordered approximately $90 worth of food and was not able to pay for it.

Elias Chavira-Gonzalez is charged with one count of food or lodging fraud, two counts of breach of an undertaking, and one count of breach of recognizance.

He was held for a bail hearing and will appear in a Leamington courtroom at a later date to answer to the charges.
