Windsor Police are investigating Wednesdays’s shooting on Albert Road.

A front window of a house at the corner of Albert and Edna was shot at or had something thrown through it while the resident was away.

No one was injured.

The resident said police weren’t sure it was a bullet hole and couldn’t find a bullet after searching. Police say the damage was consistent with a gun shot.

Officers learned that a black GMC SUV fled the area being chased by a black Cadillac, possibly a STS or CTS. According to witnesses, the vehicles fled north on Albert Road and turned east onto Edna. Both vehicles are described as having dark tint.

The investigation is continuing and police are asking anyone with information regarding this incident to call 519-255-6700 ext. 4305, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 519-258-8477 (TIPS), or online at www.catchcrooks.com.
