Windsor Native Makes New Apartment Rental Site For Locals

Windsor is now one of three cities featured on a new rental website called Apartmint. This website was designed to make it easy for renters to search, apply and pay rent.

Apartmint is map-based, which allows renters to see the homes in their surrounding areas.  The website features direct messaging and a calendar for renters and landlords to communicate.

Creating a profile for tenants is free. Once a profile is created it also acts as an application.

CEO of Apartmint, Margaret Cichosz was born and raised in Windsor.

Windsor needs this, she said.

“Everybody just goes on Kijiiji. It’s a bit of a mess on Kijiji for Windsor,” Cichosz said.

Windsor was launched on the website late last week, and the map currently has dozens of rentals listed.
