Windsor Police have arrested four people after a shotgun was allegedly found under the seat of a car.

The Drug and Gun Enforcement unit located a wanted suspect around 6:30pm on Wednesday while he was entering a vehicle with another male and two females.

The suspect was arrested and a search of the vehicle revealed a loaded shotgun under the driver seat, according to police.

Police believe the shotgun was stolen during a previously reported break and enter.

Jason Sulatycki, 36, Brandi Bishop, 30, Jessica Hebert, 29 and David O’Neil, 44, were all arrested and each are charged with possession of a restricted or prohibited firearm without holding a licence.

Sulatycki was also charged with two counts of failure to comply with a condition of a judicial release.
