Workforce WindsorEssex released Driving the Windsor-Essex Automotive Industry Into the Future on Wednesday. The year-long research project examines the local auto industry and the growth opportunities anticipated in the future.

The group conducted interviews and consultations with industry stakeholders to understand the changing demands in the auto industry and the what skills workers looking to start a career in automotive should have.
