Strong Winds Keep Power Crews Busy

Strong winds for much of Monday afternoon have kept hydro crews busy.

Hydro One has reported power out to around 1000 in an area between Ahmerstburg and Harrow and around 500 homes have lost power in the Tilbury area.

There were also dozens of smaller pockets of power outages all over the county.

A large area of Chatham-Kent will not see power restored until 2pm Tuesday due to an equipment failure caused by the winds.
