City Names New Airport, Tunnel CEO

The City of Windsor has named a new chief executive officer for Windsor Airport and the Detroit Tunnel.

Carolyn Brown has been hired as the new Corporate Leader of Transportation Service and CEO of Your Quick Gateway and the Windsor Detroit Tunnel Corporation.

Brown worked in the 1990s as a special projects officer in the CAO’s office at City Hall and has since worked for American Roads, the operator of the Detroit Windsor Tunnel and four toll bridges in Alabama.

The City says Brown, who graduated from the University of Windsor, has extensive experience in cross border operations working with senior officials at all three levels of government in Canada and in the United States. She is also a Past Chair of the Transportation Committee with the Windsor and Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce.
