Tons Of Windsor Streets To Get New Sidewalks

The City of Windsor is going to be reconstructing a number of sidewalks throughout the city.

Giorgi Bros. was the lowers bidder on the tender at $1,036,360 that will see the following sidewalks rebuilt:

  • The west side of Belle Isle View Blvd. from Edgar to Rose.
  • ​Both sides of Conservation Drive from Labour to Hansen.
  • ​Both sides of Ford Blvd. from Lassaline Avenue to South National.
  • ​East side of Girardot Street from Prince Road to ​Strathmore Street.
  • ​Both sides of Girardot Street from ​Strathmore Street to Brock Street.
  • Both sides of ​Gladstone Avenue from Ellis Street east to Shepherd Street East.
  • Both sides of Hallmark Avenue from Conservation Drive to ​Hallmark Lane.
  • Both sides of ​Mulberry Road from ​Briarbank Drive to ​Forest Glade Drive.
  • ​Both sides of Pelletier Street from California Avenue to ​Askin Avenue.
  • ​West side of Peter Street from ​South Street to ​Watkins Street
  • North side of ​Queen Elizabeth Drive from ​Clarence Avenue to ​Grandview Street.
  • West side of ​Rankin Avenue from ​Grove Avenue to ​Vercheres Avenue.
  • West side of ​South Cameron Blvd. from Totten Street to ​1439 South Cameron Blvd.
  • South side of ​Sydney Avenue from Turner Road to ​Bliss Road.
  • ​North side of Tecumseh Road west from ​Randolph Avenue to ​2084 Tecumseh Road West.
  • North side of Tuscarora Street from ​Ouellette Avenue to ​Goyeau Street.
  • Both sides of ​University Avenue west from ​Dougall Avenue to ​Church Street.
  • South side of University Avenue West from ​Ouellette Avenue to Pelissier Street.
  • South side of ​Vercheres Avenue from ​Randolph Avenue to ​Rankin Avenue.
