Windsor Police are investigating the theft of a Ronald McDonald Charity Donation Box.

The suspect, captured on video, entered the McDonald’s in the 3100 block of Howard on September 3rd at approximately 1am.

The suspect was at the counter for some time. He covered the donation box with a newspaper and moved it to the soda fountain counter.

He returned to the main counter to get his food. He then went back to the soda fountain area, filled his cup and took his food and the donation box.

The suspect is a white male, with short dark hair, wearing a grey hat, white t-shirt and long blue shorts with white running shoes.

He had a multicoloured recycle bag and was wearing it as a backpack.
